NAR sets the “gold” for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. Case studies are reviewed to show the intend of the articles. Come connect to Code of Ethics.
This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2021.
