About Event
This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with an essential update on Fair Housing policies and practices. Participants will review current laws, regulations, and recent policy changes that impact Fair Housing compliance. Special emphasis will be placed on practical applications to ensure agents and brokers uphold fair and equitable housing standards in their daily business. As a bonus, this course also qualifies as Broker CE credit for those holding a broker’s license.
This course fulfills NAR's Fair Housing Training Requirement for REALTORS® members.
All REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. This requirement will begin January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027. Please visit nar.realtor/fair-housing for more information.
