**THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM** Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class. Licensees will be presented with situations which they must analyze and discover the violations that were committed. This course covers the mandatory topics required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for all licensees renewing their license. Focus is on those areas causing the greatest deal of confusion about the law and those resulting in the largest number of violations. Approved for 3 hours of Instructor CE. Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.
