In addition to reviewing some of the design and decorative elements that define each style, we'll look a the historical context to give you a sense of why the styles evolved. We'll conclude with a look at modern-day houses and the challenges their style, or lack thereof, present to the real estate professional.

Ryan Taylor
Ryan Taylor is a registered architect. He founded Ryan Taylor Architects, LLC in 2002 to focus on residential projects. In the course of his work, he’s earned certifications in energy rating/performance verification, HVAC design, site design, disaster response and distance learning. Ryan is active in community, legislative and building code issues. He teaches frequently through the real estate school established by Ryan Taylor Architects, LLC. Ryan has been speaking/teaching since 2008 and is frequently invited to speak at community and industry events. His comments have been widely published.
