In the process, we'll explore the attributes of a home that contribute to its health, comfort and efficiency regardless of the style in which it is designed. We'll conclude with a forecast of how our evolving ability to measure the characteristics of homes is changing the way we buy homes and live in them.

Ryan Taylor
Ryan Taylor is a registered architect. He founded Ryan Taylor Architects, LLC in 2002 to focus on residential projects. In the course of his work, he’s earned certifications in energy rating/performance verification, HVAC design, site design, disaster response and distance learning. Ryan is active in community, legislative and building code issues. He teaches frequently through the real estate school established by Ryan Taylor Architects, LLC. Ryan has been speaking/teaching since 2008 and is frequently invited to speak at community and industry events. His comments have been widely published.
