Tuesday, October 1, 2024 |
8:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST |
Atlanta REALTORS Center

About Event

This interactive program is offered in cooperation with the state wide Independent Living Council of Georgia and is intended to help real estate professionals understand the new accessibility features on the multiple listing service forms; what they refer to; and, how these features may be useful to empty nesters, people who have difficulty negotiating steps or seniors who want to age in place. It will prepare agents to feel more comfortable entering into discussions with clients about features they need, both current and future, and provide strategies and costs to adapt properties to meet multiple needs. The presenters are resource people familiar with a variety of disabilities and adaptive features that can be incorporated into existing homes.
