This course will satisfy the new License Law course requirement mandated by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Licensees will be required to complete a three hour mandatory course on license law as part of the CE hours effective July 1, 2016. Learning Objectives: (1) Obtaining, Maintaining and Keeping the License; (2) When Change Happens; (3) Trust Accounts; ( 4) The 36 Real Estate Commandments.
