This program meets the requirements of the GREC mandated license law course, which goes into effect July 1, 2016. Topics covered include trust account requirements, unfair trade practices, brokerage relationships, firm management responsibilities, advertising, handling real estate transactions, notification requirements, and licensees acting as principals.
