Step into the next level! This dynamic 3 day 6-part course designed specifically for brokers who want to lead with confidence, reduce liability, and build stronger client relationships. Through real-world scenarios, interactive discussions, and critical legal insights, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Georgia’s license law, advertising rules, contract management, trust account compliance, and more. This class is approved by GREC (79206) for 18 Broker CE, 18 Instructor CE, and License Law credit. Participants must attend all three days to receive the full 18 hours of CE credit. Partial CE credit will not be given.

With nearly 20 years in real estate and a prior 20+ year career in corporate hospitality, Tina Vliet brings deep expertise in sales, management, and education. She currently leads a multi-state brokerage, owns a residential firm and real estate school, and is a GREC-approved instructor with over 30 courses.
Tina is also an award-winning educator, active industry leader, and consultant helping launch new schools and brokerages across Georgia.
