About Event
This course covers the different types of contracts and contract requirements in the state of Georgia.
At the conclusion of this class, students will be able to identify the reasons and rationale for how contracts protect
the real estate agent as well as the essential elements of a real estate contract; restate types of disclosures; and
discuss the language of contracts.
