About Event
Code of Ethics and New Member Orientation are requirements of membership to The Paulding Board of REALTORS®. All New Members have 180 days (6 months) to take the New Member Orientation class and take or show proof of completion of REALTOR® Code of Ethics training after submitting your application and membership dues.
National Association of REALTORS® requires ALL REALTOR® members to complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics training once every two years in order to maintain your REALTOR® status.

Members: FREE *$25 Refundable Deposit ; Non-Members $10
The Paulding Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors has implemented a $25 deposit required for free events to ensure that members who wished to attend these programs would be able to do so. Previously, we had a high no-show rate at many of our free events and members who wished to attend were unable to do so. If you pay the deposit to register, you will receive a refund after you either (1) attend the class or (2) provided a cancellation request email to events@pauldingrealtors.com with 72 hours of advance notice.
