THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. It is presented in an interactive question and answer format allowing the students to test their knowledge of the required topics concerning trust accounts, brokerage relationships, unfair trade practices, advertising, licensees acting as principals, and more. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
