Architectural Styles In & Around Atlanta

Join Jeff Luther as he introduces real estate licensees to American residential architectural styles from the Colonial through Victorian periods, with emphasis on those commonly found in the Southeastern United States. The course includes identification of structural shapes, architectural details, and stylistic classifications, along with relevant historical context. Licensees will develop the ability to accurately identify architectural styles and apply proper terminology in real estate transactions, improving communication with clients and enhancing property marketing.
