The READY program equips real estate professionals with essential safety skills, focusing on awareness, self-defense, and mental preparedness to stay safe on the job. The course highlights three core areas:
- Recognizing Intentions: Learn to trust instincts, recognize danger signs, and assess behaviors that may indicate potential threats.
- Empowering Yourself: Gain knowledge and tools for handling high-stress situations, such as managing heart rate, mental scripting, and combat breathing.
- Defending Against Harm: Implement safety protocols for personal protection and client interactions. Topics include self-awareness, distress codes, client identification procedures, and safe practices in various environments (e.g., open houses, vacant properties).
