Participants with be educated on how to protect the public by increasing compliance with advertising regulations, the Fair Housing Act, and the REALTORS® Code of Ethics; to educate licensees on how to reach the public through social media, while maintaining industry standards of honesty, fairness, ethics and professionalism; and to provide tips and strategies that agents can use to maintain compliance while building their business through social media.
