About Event

Discover how the community land trust model is used to purchase an affordable home near the Atlanta BeltLine. This session covers a new tool to assist low and moderate income homebuyers not served by traditional lenders. Participants will receive an overview of the Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) and its partners who are working to create permanently affordable homes in Atlanta using the community land trust (CLT) model.
