This course will cover the history of the Code of Ethics, describe agency with emphasis on representing the buyer, list the major article of the Code, identify possible disciplinary actions for a violation and describe the professional standards enforcement process.
This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2021.
Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.
