**THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM** Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class. Moving from agent to broker is a significant shift — a transition from operating within an agency to starting one from the ground up. With our interactive and hands-on experiences, you'll focus on the real-world issues that broker's face every day, plus the essentials you need to upgrade your license. But more than just getting you certified, we'll be your guide as you build your company culture and brand identity beyond the exam. You already know about the real estate business, which is why your broker pre-license class will build on your knowledge base with key techniques that prepare you for what's next. Silas Frazier
Silas Frazier Jr, of Silas Frazier Realty has been in real estate since 1989. He is a former Educator. He started his company in 2000 because he believed that there was a better way to help clients with their real estate needs. Since then he and his company have been very successful serving both clients and customers. Silas is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the Dekalb Board of REALTORS® and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Silas believes in giving back to the community. He sponsors youth groups and supports different foundations.
