This 24-Hour CE course offers everything necessary to advance your real estate career to the next level. Fundamental principles of sales prospecting, marketing, identifying value-created opportunities, and mastering the art of planning and preparation for entrepreneurs are sure to heighten your awareness and increase your skills for success. Additionally, the Georgia License Law requirement is included into this course.

With 25+ years of training and development expertise, combined with excellent skills in business transactions, marketing, sales, mentoring and coaching, Cheryl is passionate in empowering people to realize and maximize their highest potential both professionally and personally. She is a Certified Coach/Trainer/Speaker/Teacher with the globally renowned John C. Maxwell Leadership Team, and former Certified Facilitator for Dr. Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".

Cheryl has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is Founder of Total Image Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and CEO of Cheryl Maree & Company LLC.

As a licensed REALTOR in Georgia and South Carolina, Cheryl is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS and the Atlanta REALTOR Association. Recently relocated from Evans, GA, Cheryl served on the Board of Directors for Sales and Marketing Council of Metro Augusta - National Home Builders Association.
