About Event

In this class, market analysis is introduced as a core tool for decision investors and makers in commercial real estate. The various steps in the preparation of a market analysis are presented in detail. Market analysis is presented as a self-contained tool and part of the foundation for financial analysis.

The four interlinked forms of analysis: marketability study, feasibility study, investment analysis, and highest and best use will be detailed. Market analysis components of leasing and sales will be identified. You will apply the 4 approaches to value property: market data approach, cost approach, income approach and gross rent multiplier.

Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.
