About Event

At this event you will learn:

  1. Acceptable CAP rates to arrive at a buyer's perspective on apartment valuation regardless of asking price;
  2. Buyer's apartment valuations should use the audited NOI & accepted CAP rate to appraisal standards to value property.
  3. Liquid asset requirements to purchase with institutional funds;
  4. Types of lending institutions funding apartments (including syndication financing) and the interest rates offered from Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac & HUD to Non-agency and Private Funds, and these lending intuition's standards for good, fair and poor;
  5. Leveraging dynamics, lending standards for debt service coverage ratios (DSR) for apartment buildings; and most importantly
  6. Return on Investment ROI & Cash on Cash Return short & simplified calculations.
