About Event

The Accredited Seller Representative (ASR®), the nation's first seller designation course, is a two-day comprehensive program designed to raise the level of professional service provided to today's seller by the licensed real estate professional. Course topics include identifying services that provide true value to today's seller, techniques and tools to effectively employ these valuable services and to identify the "how and why" of a specialized marketplace. These and other topics included in the ASR® Designation program are designed to assist agents in creating a "Career for Life" through effective seller representation.

Speaker

Joe Kennedy, ABR, ASR, CBR, C-CREC, DREI

Joe has been involved in real estate education since 1977. During his real estate career, he has served as director of several of Georgia's prominent real estate education providers. Joe is a Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, as well as the Region 5 Past President of the National Real Estate Educators Association. He remains active in both his real estate practice and in education and firmly believes "One must be active in the industry to become not only an effective educator, but an effective mentor." Joe holds numerous professional designations and is the founder of the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.
