Licensees will be presented with situations which they must analyze and discover the violations that were committed. This course covers the mandatory topics required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for all licensees renewing their license after July 1, 2016. Focus is on those areas causing the greatest deal of confusion about the law and those resulting in the largest number of violations.

Joy has been in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. Since 1990 she has instructed real estate Prelicense courses and authored numerous Continuing Education courses. Joy is licensed as a broker in Georgia and specializes in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
