This course is designed to guide Brokers and Realtors on the handling of Earnest Money with respect to the GAR Contract package. Examine Georgia's real estate license law and how it governs the licensing and conduct of real estate professionals by examining the role, structure, responsibilities and duties of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. This 3-hour Broker and Salesperson CE Course satisfies GREC license law requirement.
