Join us on January 8th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Forsyth Conference Center for a 2026 GAR Contract Forms review taught by Tina Vliet. This course includes the introduction of changes/additions/deletions from the 2024 GAR Forms package; highlights and best practices of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Brokerage Engagements, commonly used Exhibits and Amendments, and Special Stipulations; and a review of the GAR Consumer Protection Brochures. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
