REALTOR^® Training Requirements

There are three training requirements for new REALTOR® members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

These training courses must be completed within the first six months of membership.

Class Information

These three classes must be completed separately.

1. Atlanta REALTORS® Association Local Orientation – This program is approximately 2 hours in length and is typically offered once a month. Please use the links in the calendar below to register.
2. Code of Ethics Training – This program can be completed in-class or online. Atlanta REALTORS® provides an in-class option quarterly for new members. Please use the links in the calendar below to register.  For additional Code of Ethics training options, please click here.

Already a REALTOR®?

If you are currently a member of another REALTOR® Association or have held membership in the past with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and you have already completed your new member training requirements, then you would not be required to complete this training again. Proof of your New Member Code of Ethics, Fair Housing, and Orientation completion must be submitted to bypass attendance at either of these training sessions with ARA.
