Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Invest Atlanta Dawn Luke Arnold is Executive Vice President & COO of Invest Atlanta, overseeing Community Development, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Investment Services. She has led $650 million in affordable housing programs, managed a $2 billion housing bond portfolio, and helped generate over $7.5 billion in capital investment for Atlanta.
