About Event
You will explore, compare and contrast the different legal documents for common interest community associations. In this course, you will learn to: • Identify the types of documents used by common interest communities, where to find such documents and how to obtain them; • How to describe different sections of a set of community association legal documents and find relevant provisions in such documents; • List common defenses to the enforcement of community association legal documents; and • Explain common limitations and solutions to such limitations with respect to enforcing community association legal documents.
