Do Covenants Protect or Restrict?

Community Association Board and Owner Meetings and Community Paperwork
Students in this class will create forms (notices, proxies, agendas and other meeting documents) to use in their practice. Students will learn quorum and voting requirements and parliamentary procedures for board and owner meetings. Students also will be introduced to the numerous books and records a corporation is required to keep pursuant to Georgia law. Students will learn which items corporate members are permitted to inspect and copy and procedures under the law for membership inspection of records.
