Have a Plan & Work the Plan: -Ed Riggins

The primary goal of this course is to provide students tools for building their own real estate practice on a solid foundation. Discussion topics will include teams vs. solo practitioners, budgeting of expenses, and the projection of revenue. The instructor will share insights gained from the 6-year study of his own practice – number of assignments per year, time required to secure and executed assignments, sources of business, etc.
