This course empowers real estate professionals to operate with the mindset, structure, and compliance of a true business owner. Using Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) laws and rules as the framework, agents will learn to maintain proper escrow accounts, handle earnest money, hire and supervise assistants lawfully, manage client relationships, and use contracts and retainer fees effectively while minimizing liability.
