Moving from agent to broker is a significant shift — a transition from operating within an agency to starting one from the ground up. With our interactive and hands-on experiences, you'll focus on the real-world issues that broker's face every day, plus the essentials you need to upgrade your license. But more than just getting you certified, we'll be your guide as you build your company culture and brand identity beyond the exam. You already know about the real estate business, which is why your broker pre-license class will build on your knowledge base with key techniques that prepare you for what's next. You'll develop problem-solving strategies through case studies, small group exercises, simulations, and more. Now is the time to move up to the next level! The Capitus Real Estate Learning Center has been providing outstanding industry education longer than any real estate school in Georgia. Ann Cyphers

Ann Cyphers is president of Cyphers Brokerage Associates, Inc., an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm. During her 30-year career, she has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of leases and sales transactions. Ann has been a licensed instructor for 25 years teaching prelicense, broker, post license and continuing education courses.

Ms. Cyphers accomplished NAIOP's (National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners) Million Dollar Club membership and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Ann has served on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as Vice President of Community Affairs and received CREW's Development Deal of the Year Award 2004 and CREW's Shining Light Award. Ann received Ackerman & Company's Landlord Representation Award and has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who" List. Additionally, she has served on Dorey's advisory board and the board of Progressive Redevelopment, an Atlanta based affordable housing developer. GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) recently awarded her The Outstanding Career Award.
