The Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) is proud to support numerous initiatives that uplift our community, provide relief, and invest in the next generation. Explore some of our key efforts below and learn how ARA is making a difference.

ARA's Scholarship Fund - Community Excellence Scholarship

Since its founding in 2022, the Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation has awarded $20,000 annually in Community Excellence Scholarships to deserving youth who are immediate family members of Atlanta REALTORS® members. Each scholarship recipient receives $1,000 to support their educational pursuits. Learn More ➔

ARA/FMLS Showcase 2024: Supporting the Atlanta Beltline and Impact Foundation

The ARA/FMLS Showcase 2024 was not only a valuable professional event but also a means to give back. This year, ARA and FMLS donated approximately $12,000 to the Atlanta Beltline project and raised $3,000 through the 50/50 Raffle, with nearly $1,400 going directly to the Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation to support scholarships and community initiatives. REALTORS® Relief Efforts

In response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, ARA's Board of Directors allocated $60,000 to support REALTOR® Relief organizations across the Southeast. Donations were made to multiple state relief funds, including $30,000 to the GAR Disaster Relief Fund and $12,000 to NAR's REALTORS® Relief Foundation. Additionally, ARA contributed $25,000 to the Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation, aiding members and students in need.

2024 EcoFest

This year’s EcoFest saw a remarkable turnout, with 19,000 pounds of shredding collected and 16 cubic yards of e-waste disposed of responsibly. We raised $987 for the KNFB and donated nearly 2,000 pounds of items to the American Kidney Foundation. EcoFest remains a key initiative in ARA’s commitment to sustainability and community well-being. Learn More ➔
