Lee specializes in Operations and Hiring for real estate. He is the head of Business Development and Growth for Amplified Solutions – a consulting company focused on hiring talent and operational excellence for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. He frequently teaches and speaks at various conferences around the country. Lee has served in many leadership and committee roles at the National, State and Local Associations.
Corey Knight is the Director of Training and Development for Southeast Mortgage. He has trained and coached thousands of Financial and Real Estate Professionals over the last 13+ years of his career. His coaching focuses on driving leads, time management, social media, effective follow up along with many other sales tactics. Corey lives in Smyrna with his wife Maegan, who is the Director of Victim Services for Douglas County, along with 2 of his 4 daughters, his son and his 2 pathetic dogs.
As the Founder of “The Real Estate Career Development Program” with Palmerhouse Properties, Michelle Pleasant brings over 15 years of experience as a licensed Realtor/Associate Broker in the Real Estate Industry and over 25 years in Retail Management. Actively involved with the Atlanta Realtor Association and serves on the Training and Development Community, New Agent Sub-Committee and was chosen out of 200 Realtors for the ARA Leadership Program for 2018. Michelle is among the top 50 of more than 1900 real estate professionals at PalmerHouse Properties.
Michelle Pleasant was given the name “Coach Pleasant” by a dear friend after founding the Career Development Program with Palmerhouse Properties and for her mentoring of Real Estate Agents over the years. The program began in October of 2016 after the President of PHP Commercial Division said “Michelle we need someone like you to train and develop agents in the industry, with your knowledge and experience in the business.” 2 years later Michelle and her partner have mentored and developed over 50 agents and growing. My job is to pour into a develop new and seasoned agents in the Real Estate Industry to have integrity and are knowledgeable when working with clients and other agents in the Real Estate Industry.
David was introduced to real estate at an early age working with his father’s rental properties. When David moved to Atlanta, he promptly purchased an investment property in Midtown. In 2000 he moved to Las Vegas and became a licensed agent selling Hotel/Casino properties. In 2002, David became active in auctioning real estate throughout Southern Nevada with Deiro & Associates. When the opportunity presented itself, he became Director of Operations overseeing day-to-day operations of real estate / auctions / hotel liquidations and retail operations. Between 2006 and 2007 he conducted over 180 real estate auctions encompassing more than 250 lots from standard residential to multi-million dollar estates.
