How do I become a Member?
The Atlanta REALTORS® has 3 different memberships: REALTOR® (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license), REALTOR Emeritus® (40+ years of REALTOR® membership) and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). For more information on membership types and fees, click here.
To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS® must complete two (2) new member training requirements within 6 months. For more information, click here.
How do I complete an Application?
You have 2 ways to submit your application:
Online - Please use the online application link to the right to apply for membership.
- Mail - Download the appropriate application and mail to:

Paper Application to Mail: Please fill out the membership application completely, as all questions asked are important. When filling out the preferred payment method section, please put all necessary payment information or attached the appropriate check to the application.
Applications with missing information will not be processed and will be return to sender.
Once applications are accepted and processed, members will receive a welcome email confirming their acceptance to the association. The email will include information regarding the New Member Requirements, their NRDS ID, and their login information to the member portal of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
