The April 2025 housing market in Floyd County showed steady growth in several areas. The median sales price rose 5.0% year-over-year to $249,000, while new listings increased by 14.7%. Active listings climbed 59.4%, boosting available inventory.
TSales volume reached $25,676,191, down 6.1% compared to April 2024, with 96 units sold—a 4.0% year-over-year decline. Compared to March, sales volume was up 3.0% and units sold rose 4.3%. The median sales price saw a slight month-over-month dip of 0.4%, while new listings increased 16.2%, and active listings rose 8.7%.
