  • Total single family home sales: 313 (22.3% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $620,000 (8.8% increase)
  • Average sales price: $712,000 (14.4% increase)
  • Total active listings: 421 (38.7% decrease)
  • New listings: 351 (25.2% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 1.5 (15% decrease)

Dawson County | August 2023

  • Total single family home sales: 51 (1.9% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $410,000 (10.5% decrease)
  • Average sales price: $469,000 (22.2% decrease)
  • Total active listings: 106 (22.1% decrease)
  • New listings: 48 (39.2% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 2.2 (10% decrease)

Lumpkin County |August 2023

  • Total single family home sales: 38 (no change)
  • Median sales price: $381,000 (5.8% increase)
  • Average sales price: $423,500 (10.7% increase)
  • Total active listings: 95 (1% decrease)
  • New listings: 51 (8.9% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 2.7 (13.2% increase)
