DeAnn earned her Georgia Real Estate License in 1995 and Associate Brokers’ license in 2000.  She has been active in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association on the Board of Directors, as a Vice President on Executive Committee, AMAS Board of Directors, or Georgia Institute of Real Estate Board of Directors in one role or other since 2005. She chaired the Habitat for Humanity Committee, the Auction, the Fun-Raiser event, and the PR committee, and she has been a Sterling R RPAC contributor.  DeAnn was named 2017 Atlanta REALTOR of the Year, and she is a recipient of the E.A Isakson Award, Captain of the Industry Award, and Five Star Circle of Excellence Award with our Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
DeAnn serves as Vice President and Managing Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.  Her passion is training others to develop their talents and is often found in a classroom teaching, coaching, or mentoring others.  She has volunteered on the GAR Forms committee and served as a voting member previously. She is a Certified Mentor for Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness & Peak Producers and was awarded with a Top Mentor in the Nation Award by Buffini and Company.  DeAnn also holds a CRB and earned her MBA in real estate, strategic management and marketing from the University of Georgia in 2005.  She is also a second generation REALTOR®.
Outside of real estate and making homeownership matter, DeAnn devotes her time to her children and several other charitable causes.

Cynthia began her real estate career in the spring of 1989 in the midst of an extreme buyer’s market. Working against the marketplace at a record pace, she was recognized as the Rookie of the Year out of the gate! She returned to the field in 2011 with Keller Williams Realty, after many years on the corporate side of Residential Real Estate. In 2016, Cynthia joined Engel and Volkers in the Brookhaven office. Her expertise in pricing and selling strategies for the luxury home market are her specialty.

As the Vice President and Managing Broker of the Buckhead Office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's international Realty, Atlanta native Jennifer Pino leads an award-winning team of professionals specializing in the Atlanta market. One of the biggest joys in Jennifer's life, after her husband and their two children, is helping others to succeed. A natural encourager, Jennifer spent her professional career in roles that brought out the best in others and helped others to reach their goals. With a background in education, design and residential real estate, Jennifer is dedicated to providing an environment in which each of her agents can thrive with extensive training, one-on-one business coaching as well as innovative marketing and technological resources.

Jennifer values giving back to her community both professionally and personally. She is honored to have served the Atlanta REALTORS® Association as Fundraising Committee Chair, YPN Chair, Vice President of Professional Excellence, and the 2018 Vice President of Community and Public Affairs. Lee moved to Atlanta from his hometown of Houston in 1996 to tour with Phoenix Records recording artist, Soup. After 5 years on the road, he founded his first company, New Music Studios. This new venture in music education led him to become the National Program Director for Camp Jam. At Camp Jam, he helped musicians learn to successfully work together as a team and a business. Lee led a small team that grew Camp Jam to ten locations across the USA.

In 2006, Lee started selling real estate full-time. His results and professionalism caught the eye of the Atlanta Sold Sisters. In 2012, they made Lee their Operations Manager, and he helped them grow from $32M to $63M in just 3 years.

Based on Lee's success with the Atlanta Sold Sisters, other companies began looking to him for help growing their real estate businesses. In 2014, Lee founded Amplified Solutions to help teams and brokerages around the country grow by improving their structure, culture, and strategy.

Lee is a partner with Village Realty, a boutique brokerage in Atlanta and has been a member of the Atlanta REALTOR® Association since 2007. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors for the Atlanta REALTOR® Association, Lee was also named as their 2017 Vice President of Administration and Finance.  In the past, he has served as the YPN and Professional Development Chairs.  

He is also plugged into the state and national associations.  Lee will serve as the Technology Chair for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® in 2019, and on the NAR Data Strategies committee in 2018-2019.

Christopher "Chris" Burell is an active member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and serves as Vice President for the Board of Directors. Chris has over 13 years in the real estate industry having served in a vast array of roles including sales agent, training director, recruiter, and managing broker. Chris has served in past roles as Director on the Board of Directors for ARA and as past Dean of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate’s Board of Governors. He has served on committees for Professional Development on both the local and state level of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. He is a past recipient of the ABR Five Star Circle of Service Award and the ABR Captain of Industry Award. Chris is actively involved in his community through a host of organizations outside real estate as well. He is also an independently certified and licensed John C. Maxwell Leadership Speaker/Instructor/Coach™.

Bill has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade in roles including sales associate, career development vice president, chief operating officer and managing broker. During his career, he has been involved in more than $2 billion in closed sales, was Rookie of the Year in 2003 and was named a Top 10 Agent Company-wide in 2010. As a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers, Bill represented the buyer in the largest residential sale in the Atlanta area in 2006. Named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans in real estate, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and professional reputation to our management team. 

In addition to his responsibilities with his agents, Bill also serves the general REALTOR® population in Atlanta though his involvement with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). Having served as the chair of three committees and vice-president four times, Bill served as the 2017 President of the Atlanta REALTORS®, one of the nation's oldest and largest associations. In addition, he also represents the Atlanta REALTORS® on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee. Bill earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute in 2016. He is the recipient of the Atlanta REALTORS® Five Star Circle of Excellence award in recognition of his leadership and innovative thinking, in addition to receiving the Captain of the Industry award twice for his continued support and service.

Outside of the real estate industry, Bill was recognized as a top campaign fundraiser for The Leukemia & Leukemia Society’s Annual Atlanta Man & Woman of the Year campaign where the 2015 group raised over $1,100,000 to go toward research to eradicate blood cancers. He was named the 2016 corporate walk chair by the Georgia Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for its 2016 Atlanta Light The Night Walk, an annual fundraising event that raised more than $1.5 million to fund lifesaving research and to provide support and information to families affected by blood cancers. He was named to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Georgia Chapter Board of Trustees in 2016. 

Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in commerce and business administration. Bill and his wife, Audra, have two children, Carter and Leighton.

The North Atlanta office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty opened in 2009 and is based in Sanctuary Park, specializing in northern suburban areas such as Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming and Milton.
